Madison had had a very stressful day. Sasha was planning on running away, things at work had been intense with several arguments between her and some idiotic lab techs, and she was being forced to take sides between her friends, a thing that she could never do. She didn't know what to do, didn't know where to go or who to turn to. So she drove to the one place she felt safe and the place where she knew she could work her anger and frustration out. Pulling up beside "Tigerlily Dance Academy" she gave a small sigh and got out, pulling on her dancing heels. Heading inside she gave a small smile and putting on some music began to dance, practising for her upcoming competition and forgetting her worries as she let the music take over her.

Will had been at the studio, visiting a dancer friend of his when he heard music go off. Leaving his friend he headed from the break room to the dance floor. He stopped in the doorway, watching as a dancer twirled across the floor, her eyes closed. As the song ended, she opened her eyes and gave a start, seeing him. He smiled, taking a couple of steps towards her. "Want someone to practice with?" he asked her with a smile. "You looked kinda lonely out there..."

She ran a hand through her hair. "Um... sure..." she replied giving a nod. "And I don't usually dance alone," she added as an afterthought as the next song came on and he walked closer to her. She had been planning on just dancing by herself until she cooled down so she wouldn't bite someone's head off, but now she couldn't exactly say no to him.

He gave a slow understanding nod. "Hiding from the world, are you? What happened?" he asked, as he spun her.

"Friend's running away, co-workers hate me, and I'm being made to pick which friends I side with," she replied, glancing down for a moment to check her footwork. Then looking back up at him she furrowed her brow slightly. "Wait, I don't even know you. Why am I telling you this?" she asked the question more to herself then to him.

He smiled. "Because I'm a stranger and strangers are sometimes the easiest people to share stuff with," he told her, spinning her out. "I'm Will. And it sounds like you're having a pretty intense day. I can see why you're in hiding."

She gave a silent chuckle. "I'm Maddy. Yeah, it's been insane. So I came here to train for a bit, try to calm down." She cringed, not liking showing her feelings to people she hardly knew. "Forget I said that."

"Well, nice to meet you," he told her with a smile. "And I can't. Us lawyers have memories like elephants," he replied with a grin. "It's a necessity if we're to remember all the laws and legal mumbo-jumbo."

She raised an eyebrow. "You're a lawyer? Whereabouts do you work?"

Maddy grinned. "No I already have someone to ask. But despite knowing that there's like a zillion lawyers in Miami for a moment I thought that you two might know each other." She shook her head sheepishly. "Ignore my blondness. My brain's decided to go on a bit of a strike."

"Well, maybe not a zillion," he teased. "But enough. Who's this mysterious lawyer friend of yours?" He chuckled, about her words on the brain-strike. "A sign of a great brain," he said with a laugh, "that it wants to go on holiday every once in a while." A slow tango came on and he looked sheepish. "Slow tango: yay or nay?"

| She bit her lip, suddenly not wanting to talk much about Albert. She didn't feel like talking much any more about anything. She shook her head slightly. "It doesn't matter. Just a good friend, is all." She laughed at his brain comment. "Thanks... I think." She shrugged slightly at his question and gave a small nod. "Why not..." Under any other circumstances she would have been hesitant, but today she didn't particularly care. It wasn't as if this was anything serious, just a simple dance, and besides, this was one of the dances she would have to do in the competition. She smiled, thinking how nice it was to be practising with someone other than Lexie for once.

He gave a silent chuckle, leading her in the dance. He hadn't done this dance in a while; had had no one to dance it with. He was enjoying himself. He brushed some hair out of her eyes as he manoeuvred her closer to him, their faces so close to each others as they straightened up. The music was now forgotten by this point as they paused, each searching each other's eyes.

Albert smiled to himself. He had had a pretty nice day. Kind of busy, but a good day overall. So, he decided he needed to do something to make this even better. He was not exactly in the mood for a party or anything like that, so he picked 'Tigerlily Dance Academy'. He was going to take Madison to dance in a few days, so he thought that a bit of practice could do no harm. However, when he entered, his smile faded away, as he raised his eyebrows in surprise. Madison was there, but that was not the worst. She was dancing with someone, a guy. He wouldn't have minded that, but just the way they looked at eachother, the way they held their hands and their body language made this look different. He cleared his throat, not sure if they would hear that.

Madison heard someone clearing their throat, instantly snapping out of the strange hold William had over her. She turned to look at the newcomer and almost gasped, stopping herself just in time. "Al... What are you... What are you doing here?" she asked, stepping away from Will and towards him.

William looked at the stranger. He looked familiar. He'd seen him around the law office where he himself had just gotten a new place, but wasn't sure if it was the right guy. So he just stood silently, watching this unfold. The stranger's confusion was not ordinary, there was something more to it. It was more than just friendship there. Is she taken? By him? he curiously thought.

Albert crossed his arms over her chest, but not in an angry or furious way; just in a confused way. He swallowed hard as she spoke. He didn't know what to think. Were they actually a couple? Were they exclusive? He had thought so, but now, he was not so sure anymore. "No, Maddy," he said softly. "What are you doing here?"

She looked confused. "This is my studio..." Then realising he probably meant the dance, she sighed. "We were just dancing. I've had an insane day, was gonna dance by myself, then Will came along. So we decided to practice together." She shook her head slightly, frustration beginning to kick in. Was he really suspecting of her cheating on him?

Albert looked at the man, the same confusion all over his features. He nodded a bit. "Will, huh?" he asked, swallowing hard. "Hello," he greeted him with half a mouth, then turned his eyes back to Madison.

William shifted awkwardly looking at the two. "Albert Mueller?" he asked as something clicked in his mind. "I've heard so much about you; you're like the top guy according to everyone..." And now not only was Will working in the same office as him, he'd obviously crossed a line with Al's friend. Way to make friends, Will, he thought to himself glumly.

Albert kept his confused expression on as he nodded towards Will. It was nice to hear that people had heard good things about him, but the way this man had been near Madison, it didn't let Albert think of anything else. "Good to know," he said quietly.

She gave a sigh. "Liebling, it was just a dance," she said softly, coming up to him. "I was angry and annoyed at everyone. It just happened, but it doesn't mean anything. It's really the same as I were to dance with Lexie," she added, knowing that he still remembered her best friend from their several random bump-in meetings. Even though that Lexie doesn't swing my way, but that was beside the point, she thought.

Albert moved a step further as Madison came up to him. He slightly shook his head. "I'm sorry, I've obviously interrupted," he said to both of them. "I'll leave now," he told them, as he got outside with no further words or looks.

Maddy's mouth dropped open. How could he not believe her?! Giving a groan she rushed out after him, grabbing his arm and pulling him slightly towards her, much like a child that's trying to get their parent to stop. "Albert, please don't do this. Don't just storm off like this," she pleaded, not letting go of his arm. "We were just dancing, nothing else. It didn't mean anything, wasn't meant to mean anything." Suddenly bitterness crept into her voice. "Don't you even trust me to remain faithful to you?" She was beyond upset - the day just kept getting worse and worse. His reaction had hurt and confused her: she thought he would have trusted her when she'd said that it was nothing. The hurt teamed with her previous anger at the day made her eyes start to water, much to her dismay. "Is your trust in me that low that you'd think I'd cheat on you or leave you?" she asked, her voice low.
