He caressed her cheek, watching her, the smile now a permanent feature. "You're so amazing," he murmured to her.

Her smile grew wider as she kept looking into his eyes. "So are you," she murmured back, running a hand through his lovely hair.

"Thank you," he murmured back, his hands still caressing her face. He just couldn't get enough of her. It was as if his mind was wanting to remember every bit of her. "But you're more amazing," he added with a soft chuckle.

She chuckled as well, resting her head on his shoulder. She turned her eyes to the screen, her smile never fading away.

As they watched the movie, his hand snuck down to meet hers, his fingers lacing through hers. He cuddled her close, his smile never fading as he watched horror onscreen.

She smiled and bit her lip as he cuddled her close. She so loved this approach between them, it just felt so good and so right. At a really scary scene, she felt his body tensing near her. She grinned up at him, letting out a small chuckle as well. "Dr.Hunt," she said. "I didn't think you would get scared at a horror movie."

Victor glared at her playfully. "I wasn't scared. That was just...unexpected, is all," he told her. "And anyway, maybe I was just pretending to be scared just so I'd have an excuse to cuddle up to you."

Ava chuckled a bit, shaking her head. "You were scared," she teased. "Admit it, you're terrified right now."

He shook his head defiantly. "Am not. I'm not scared in the slightest. There is nothing to be scared of at all," he told her, sticking his tongue slightly out at her.

Ava chuckled again, as her arm went around his waist and her head rested on his chest.

He cuddled Ava, the rain and thunder becoming louder and more intense. Once the movie finished, her looked at her. "Are you hungry, hun?" he asked softly, his fingers playing absent-mindedly with her blonde locks.

She looked up at him, closing her eyes a for a moment. "Sure," she said with a slight shrug, smiling a bit at the fact that he had just called her 'hun'.

"What are you in the mood for? I can whip up some fettuccine or something if you feel like Italian. Or we could order Chinese. Or pizza..." he trailed off, not for the first time getting side-tracked by her beauty.

She smiled as he suddenly trailed off. "I would like some pizza," she said with a slight nod.

Victor grinned. "I can offer you home-made or delivered. I promise you that if you opt for home-made it won't be poisoned, and that you will in fact survive after eating it," he joked.

"Oh, really?" she grinned, raising an eyebrow. "Well, that's a start. Sure, let's try home-made," she smiled, passing a hand through his hair.

With a smile he caught her hand and brought it to his lips, placing a soft gentlemanly kiss on it. "Then come along mi'lady. We'll have the most awesome pizza-making party."

She smiled as she got up from the couch, keeping her hand in his.

Victor headed to the kitchen, gently pulling Ava along with him. Once there he began to ransack the kitchen in search of ingredients, creating a pile on the benchtop. "Take your pick," he said with a grin.

Before picking anything from the pile of ingredients, Ava raised her hands in defense. "Just so you know, I'm a disaster in the kitchen," she told him.

He laughed. "As long as you don't chop your fingers off, you'll be fine. Besides, I'm a whizz in the kitchen," he told her with a wink.

She moved closer to him, the smile never leaving her lips. "Mmm, I'm sure you are," she murmured lowly.

Victor smirked, wrapping an arm around her waist and pulling her closer to him before kissing her. As he pulled apart, he grinned, lifting her up and sitting her on the benchtop. "Watch and learn," he teased with a smirk.

She grinned as she felt herself being picked up and sat on the benchtop. "Teach me, master," she joked with a laugh, slightly raising an eyebrow.

Victor raised an eyebrow sexily. "Oh, I'd love to. The things I could teach you, grasshopper," he teased, placing a kiss on her lips before beginning to prepare the pizza base for topping. "Not that it's major rocket science - dump some tomato paste on, spread it round, dump toppings and cheese, and voilà, you're an Italian pizza chef!"
